John Wick- Chapter 4 Trailer Revealed At CinemaCon
While the next John Wick entry, simply titled John Wick: Chapter 4, won’t hit theaters until next March, star Keanu Reeves and director Chad Stahelski gave a first look at the movie during CinemaCon. Deadline had a brief description along with the speeches made by the creative team.
The trailer opens with John Wick training in a gym in Japan. We see Laurence Fishburne’s Bowery King enter asking if John is ready. Wick replies with a chilled “yeah.”
In a swirl of violence, we can hear Ian McShane’s Winston offering words of solace to John. “I want you to find peace, John,” he says. “The only path this leads to is death.”
Lionsgate Chairman Joe Drake introduced Reeves and Stahelski on stage, praising the action. “Chad, as you might know, was a stuntman first. It’s rare that people go from driving off cliffs to sitting in the director’s chair,” he said. “Usually, it’s the other way around.”
Drake continued with how he thought the franchise reinvented the action g…
Jotun- Valhalla Edition Switch Review – A Slight Downgrade
Imagine the bleakness of the man versus giant creatures gameplay of Shadow of the Colossus as a definitively Nordic tale, and you have a general idea of what Jotun is. Sprinkle in a little bit of Dark Souls’ difficulty and a malevolent sense of challenge, and you’re closer to hitting the bullseye. Now imagine all of that hand-drawn in a style somewhere between Dragon’s Lair and Princess Mononoke, and you’ve got Jotun.
Boiling the game down to its disparate parts does the game a mild disservice, though. In execution, Jotun is a perfect storybook, a game that seems ripped from the imagination of a Viking child being told tales of warriors of old facing down their gods. It’s a wonderfully wild, vibrant bedtime story told with fire and verve, even when the game is at its most stark and lonely.
Jotun tells the tale of Thora, a Viking shield maiden who falls from her boat during a voyage and drowns. Because passage to Valhalla is only gra…

Jurassic World- Dominion – Here's What The Dinosaur Spit Was Made Of
One of the most memorable moments of the entire Jurassic Park/Jurassic World franchise is when Nedry (Wayne Knight) is trying to escape the park and island after stealing dino DNA, and he comes across a dilophosaurus, who spits all over him and eventually eats him. Well, everyone’s favorite spitting dinosaur is back, and in the home release of Jurassic World: Dominion, we finally learn how they make the spit.
In one of the special features, titled “Spit Take: The Return of the Dilophosaurus,” the cast and crew discuss the iconic spitting dino, which includes some behind the scenes on what the spit is made from and how they shoot it onto the cast.
“This is our main spit substance, a material called methylcellulose, which is a food thickening agent, which they use in milkshakes at your local burger joint,” said Chris Clarke, the special effects senior technician on Dominion. “I noticed in the original film, [the dilophosaurus] first spits, and…
LBX- Little Battlers eXperience Review
Level-5’s LBX: Little Battlers eXperience is a simplistic RPG based on a popular kid’s show about tiny merchandisable robots. But deep within, what you find is a complex and entertaining action-RPG that is never fully betrayed by the nature of its premise. While LBX’s clunky design choices often hold it back, it surprisingly exceeds initial impressions with charming presentation, satisfying combat, and loads of deep customization.
LBX’s story takes place in a futuristic world where children play with LBX, which are miniature robots purchased at retail used to fight in competitive battles. It follows the adventures of Van Yamano, a child–who after being given a powerful top-secret LBX–becomes involved in a plot to save the world with his friends. Despite having occasional cheesy melodramatic narrative beats, LBX’s story manages to remain interesting thanks to a well-paced narrative, charming characters, and an unexpectedly sympathetic villain. The …

Life-Sized Ghostbusters Proton Pack Replica Announced By Hasbro
Ghostbusters proton packs are usually available as either cheap replicas that lack a number of screen-accurate details or expensive kits that take plenty of time and effort to put together. Hasbro may have finally reached the perfect compromise with its latest offering, which is currently up on its crowdfunding website Haslab.
A $400 pledge gets you a proton pack based on Egon Spengler’s backpack from Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Hasbro says that it used 3D scans of the movie prop, and the final product will feature detailed weathering, a customizable cyclotron, and the signature sound effects of the unlicensed nuclear accelerator.
